easy and correct

Needed to change my filler.

Did not realize just how bad my filters where until I put in these new filters. WOW I recommend checking the reminder when you order. Filters work just like the Pentair at a nice savings.

That said, called to verify after placing order and was advised that i ordered wrong part. process to correct (credit and reorder for lesser cost part) was relatively straight forward. interestingly, they sent me original part (at no charge) which after a bit of communication w/ customer service, i was able to send back using their rma. recommend for sure …

So far so good

Have only had filters installed 2 weeks but have significantly improved water quality and pump flow output. Old filters were definitely past their useful life as I was swapping and cleaning bi-monthly. So I’ll check back in couple months and see how they are doing are a longer run time.
