Please note that this filter has the shorter threads and is only compatible with part numbers 10-1035 and 10-2785. This is not a compatible model for spas that require the longer 10-2870 threads.

SpiroPure SP-PS-0536 is a compatible alternative pool and hot tub spa replacement for Bullfrog Spas 10-1035 / 10-2785, Pleatco PBF50-F2S / PBF35, and Unicel 8CH-950 jacuzzi cartridges. SP-PS-0536 is designed to fit Bullfrog Spas.

More description on individual items

Turns out my Bullfrog spa requires the "longer shaft" than the one I ordered. Pretty sure the shorter shaft will work but time will tell. It may have been indicated on the description but you have LOTS of filters and order number seems to have changed since the last time I ordered two from you. Could not seem to find the same order but did see "Bullfrog" and, I think, some replacement order. Consumers aren't as familiar with your product offerings as we only look at the list when needed so would be helpful if you could indicate "longer shaft" and "shorter shaft." It may have so indicated but don't recall having the choice. Actually there is a newer Bullfrog filter for my spa that has a plastic insert that raises the filter off the housing base. Ideally would like to order that filter but did not see it, and the "old" filters (ones with screw in shafts) work just fine. I have not tried to install the recently purchased filter because just changed the water in the spa and to test it would require getting it wet. Probably can't exchange after 30 days but no need to change for another couple months.
