Good Value and Performs Well

By Male in 60s and over from Rochester, NH on 8/26/2023 4:24:30PM

These cartridges are a perfect replacement for the OEM filters for my unit, and they're a fair amount less expensive. They will last a couple of months during the summer for our highly-treated municipal water, and three months in the winter. The only minor issue I have is that sometimes the rubber gasket on the bottom of the cartridge separates when I remove it from the unit and it sticks on the bottom of the canister. If I don't notice and put another filter on top of it, the cartridge height is a little too high when I go to screw the cover on. I once had three of them stacked up and couldn't figure out why the cover wouldn't seal. Now I pull them out with a retrieval tool right away.
