Sales Tax

Due to a United States Supreme Court ruling for South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. on June 21, 2018, states are allowed to tax remote sales. Previously, states could only tax sales by businesses with a physical location in the state. Now any economic activity within a state, called an economic nexus, results in a sales tax collection obligation. This is based upon sales revenue, transaction volume, or the two factors combined.

Because of the volume of sales that All Filters currently has, we meet the economic nexus in most states that require remote tax collection. Because more states are being added to this list as we meet their threshold, we currently do not have a live map showing the states we currently collect sales tax from. However, if you contact us, our staff can tell you the states in which we currently collect sales tax. You may also see the sales tax amount before submitting your order.
